Product photography is always good fun and challenging to do, so it was a pleasure to create product images recently for REDNRG.
The REDNRG products are infra red therapy lamps. Infra red therapy isn’t something I have came across before so it was interesting to see LED technology for this type of product as opposed to studio lighting!
There were 3 different sized products to shoot and with one of them standing at a metre tall it was obvious my portable product photography table wouldn’t be big enough. I bought a roll of white background paper from Amazon. The roll was 1.34 metres by 10 metres long so not too big for home studio use and perfect for creating the all important white infinity curve.
I edited the images in Lightroom and Photoshop including make sure that each product had an Amazon ready main image to their specification:
“MAIN images should have a pure white background (pure white blends in with the Amazon search and product detail pages – RGB colour values of 255, 255, 255).“
