Spring Collection Studio Photoshoot

Back in the studio recently for a photoshoot to capture the 2021 Spring Collection for Tweedy Clothing. Every garment needed an image of the front and the back. There were a lot of items so a busy afternoon and lots of quick changes for the models. In the end 236 images were delivered to the client.

One of the things I like about the Tweedy philosophy is the desire to use real people as models. It’s a little bit more work for the photographer as the person is not used to posing in the effortless way a model would so everyone needs to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. That for sure was the case on this shoot. Great fun to do.

The studio on the outskirts of Southampton was big enough that everyone could keep socially distant. Plenty of hand gel and mask wearing when not in front of the camera. I am really looking forward to getting back to normal and not having to worry about all of that. Here is hoping that day will come soon.

This was the second time shooting in the studio for Tweedy and as with last time the images came out great and are already in use on the Tweedy site, Facebook and Etsy stores. Great to see them popping up on Instagram too.

The full set of images are available for look see on my Flickr channel.
